From departure to a thoughtful next arrival
Room readiness is a handoff between front desk, housekeeping and the final inspector.
-
Record the departure
Confirm the correct guest and folio. Keep the original check-in timestamp in the stay history.
-
Queue the room for turnover
A departed room becomes vacant and dirty. Assign a named attendant.
-
Complete room service
Check linen, towels, amenities and bathroom surfaces. Report faults separately.
-
Inspect before releasing
Confirm lighting, climate and presentation. Only an inspected vacant room can be marked ready.
-
Brief the arriving guest’s host
Connect the ready room to the next reservation and any guest preferences.
