After cleaning and a final inspection are recorded. A vacant room is not automatically ready.
Does checkout remove the arrival history?
No. Arrival and departure timestamps remain part of the stay. Checkout changes current occupancy and queues turnover.

No. It saves local drafts. Authorized AI requests return text for staff review.
