Fictional vacancy · Remote · Full time · Demonstration only

What you would work on.

The sample role sits close to the moments where people make decisions. You would design workflow editing, review states, and run history with clear feedback and reliable keyboard interaction.

  • Turn a process model into an interface a person can explain.
  • Build responsive, accessible forms and data views.
  • Make error and exception paths as considered as the happy path.
  • Work with design and operations to test assumptions.

What matters in this example.

Clear thinking, care for details, and the ability to discuss tradeoffs. A portfolio can include a small, well-explained project. There is no requirement to build a production system as an interview exercise.

The interview shape.

A first conversation is followed by a collaborative product review, then a team discussion. Feedback should name the decision and what informed it.
