Dialogs & drawers
The Brassline interface language, with working examples.
Live specimen
Dialogs support Escape, keep focus inside, and return focus to the launching control. The detail drawer uses the same native dialog behavior.
Design notes
Ask for attention deliberately.
Use a dialog for a short task that benefits from context. Use a drawer for supporting detail. The command palette is available from the header and with Ctrl/⌘ K.
