Good to know
The little things,
answered.
A clear starting point for your first visit, a new colour idea or a little exploration of the demo.
Is this a real salon booking?
Vellune is a fictional studio template. Booking saves an appointment plan in your browser; it does not reserve a chair, take payment or send a confirmation email.
What if I’m not sure which service to choose?
Start with the consultation brief. Describe your current hair, your routine and the change you have in mind. You can save inspiration and explore the text-only style advisor for ideas to discuss with a human stylist.
What do the starting prices include?
Each service page lists its included steps and planning duration. These fictional GBP prices show how a studio might present its services. A real stylist would confirm timing, suitability and final scope.
Do colour services need a patch test?
A real studio may require a consultation and an appropriate patch test before colour. Requirements depend on the products and salon policy. The demo never determines colour suitability.
Can I ask for a quiet appointment?
Yes, the demo includes a quiet-visit preference in your local profile. Share any access or comfort needs with a real studio before attending.
Can I change a saved appointment plan?
The appointments page is designed for local rescheduling and cancellation. Changes are browser-only and never contact a real studio.
Does the style advisor analyze my photos?
No. Smart Routing receives only the text you choose to submit. It offers cosmetic styling ideas for human review, without image analysis, diagnoses or guaranteed results.
How do I enable the live tools?
Download your authorized personalized configuration from your own account. The public preview contains no customer tokens. Live requests use your account allowance, shared across that account.
Where are my saved looks and notes?
The demonstration stores your plans, references and profile in this browser. The account page provides local export and reset controls. Clearing browser data removes the local demonstration.
