1. Data We Collect
AI-tools may collect the following data:
- account data such as name, email, company, password hash, confirmation status, and timezone;
- billing and subscription data such as selected products, plans, payment status, invoices, and expiry dates;
- product usage data such as quotas, daily message counts, API usage, and access logs;
- AI product data such as prompts, chat messages, conversation history, and personal instructions entered by the user;
- technical data such as IP address, browser user agent, session cookies, security tokens, and error logs.
2. How We Use Data
Data is used to:
- create and secure user accounts;
- send email confirmations, password resets, and product notifications;
- provide access to free and paid AI products;
- track product limits, fair-use rules, and subscription status;
- process payments, verify transactions, and maintain payment history;
- improve reliability, debug problems, prevent abuse, and protect the platform.
3. AI Processing
When you use an AI product, prompts, chat messages, personal instructions, and recent conversation context may be sent to AI model providers or routing services so the product can generate a response. Do not submit sensitive information, secrets, passwords, payment card details, or data you are not allowed to share.
4. Payments
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. AI-tools stores payment status, plan data, invoice references, and product access data, but full payment card details are not stored by AI-tools.
5. Cookies and Sessions
AI-tools uses essential cookies for login sessions, CSRF protection, security, and form handling. These cookies are required for account access, checkout, and protected product areas.
6. Sharing Data
Data may be shared with service providers needed to operate the platform, including hosting, CDN/security providers, email delivery providers, payment providers, and AI model providers. Data is not sold as a customer list or advertising dataset.
7. Retention
Account, subscription, payment, and usage data may be retained while your account exists and as needed for security, accounting, abuse prevention, legal obligations, and product support. Chat history can be kept so users can continue previous conversations unless removed or deleted by platform functionality.
8. Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. The platform uses login sessions, CSRF protection, email confirmation, reset tokens, and access checks to protect accounts. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
