Terms and Conditions

1. Service

AI-tools by I'Mihajlo is a marketplace and product platform for AI assistants, APIs, automation tools, and related digital services. Some products may be free, some may require a subscription, and some may use product-specific quotas or access rules.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date from the account dashboard.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid products can be billed per product and per plan. Prices, limits, renewal periods, and included usage are shown on each product page before checkout. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal.

Access to a paid product can be activated after payment confirmation. If a payment fails, is cancelled, reversed, or cannot be verified, access may be paused or removed.

4. Usage Limits

Products may include daily limits, monthly limits, fair-use notices, API quotas, or plan-specific restrictions. Free access can be changed, limited, or discontinued if needed to keep the service stable.

5. AI Output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, publishing it, executing code, making business decisions, or using it in regulated areas.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use AI-tools to:

• break laws, violate rights, or abuse third-party systems;
• attempt unauthorized access, scraping, spam, malware, phishing, or credential attacks;
• resell access without permission;
• submit content that you do not have the right to use;
• intentionally overload, bypass, or manipulate usage limits.

7. Availability

The service may change over time. Features can be added, modified, paused, or removed. Maintenance, provider issues, payment provider issues, hosting issues, or AI model provider outages may affect availability.

8. Intellectual Property

The AI-tools platform, branding, product designs, source code, and website content belong to their respective owners. You keep responsibility for prompts, inputs, files, and other content you submit, and you must have the right to submit that content.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI-tools is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI-tools by I'Mihajlo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on AI output.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as products, payment flows, legal requirements, or platform functionality change. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
