Made slowly. Kept for years. Fictional handmade shop · explore freely

Inside the making

From thread to treasured.

A few simple materials. Many small decisions. Here is how the fictional collection takes shape.

  1. Start with the feeling

A useful shape, a warm colour, a texture you want to touch. Samples test how those choices sit together.

  2. Work with the material

Cotton is warped on a frame loom for cushions and wall pieces. Linen is measured and cut for runners and pouches, following the grain.

  3. Give the details time

Woven rows are settled by hand. A runner’s edge is stitched in olive thread. A little botanical sprig grows stitch by stitch.

  4. Finish for everyday use

Edges are secured, seams are pressed, and the piece is measured. The final design includes clear material and care notes.
