Making time comes first
Ready-made variants show 2–3 working days before dispatch. The 40 cm Meadow wall weaving is made to order and shows 15–20 working days before dispatch. Those times are fictional examples and are shown on each product.
A mixed basket follows its longest dispatch lead time. Express delivery shortens the illustrated journey after dispatch; it does not shorten the making time.
Delivery in the demonstration
Free when the product subtotal is £100 or more.
Illustrative delivery area: United Kingdom only. Time starts after dispatch. No shipping service is booked.
Packaging, kept simple
A real maker might wrap a piece carefully with a short care note. This demo includes an optional gift note, saved locally with your demo order. It does not send a printed card or package.
If something is not quite right
For demonstration purposes, a ready-made return enquiry could begin within 14 days of receipt, with an unused piece and its order details. This template does not approve returns, issue labels or process refunds.
A real shop owner must replace this sample with accurate, applicable terms, including treatment of custom goods, damaged items, return costs and statutory rights. The demo does not decide legal eligibility.
A custom piece needs a separate agreement
A local custom request is an idea draft. It has no agreed price, production date, deposit or return agreement. Those terms belong in a real maker’s separate written confirmation.
