They are not offers, quotations, invoices or promises of availability. No order, appointment, manufacturing slot or installation is confirmed through this demonstration.
Local actions
Project, visit, profile, checklist and sign-in controls demonstrate a frontend workflow using browser storage. They do not process payments, authenticate accounts, send messages or synchronize across devices. Keep separate copies of anything you want to retain.
Professional design decisions
Room dimensions and layout choices entered in a browser are preliminary. A real project requires a professional survey, confirmed clearances and services, a detailed specification and agreed contractual scope. General guides and AI discussion text do not replace that work.

API use and template license
The optional Smart Routing integration uses your own authorized configuration. Service access, quotas, billing and terms are separate from the template’s MIT license. Development credentials in frontend source are inspectable and share the owner’s account quota.
The template source is provided under the MIT License, including the warranty disclaimer in LICENSE. Bundled fonts and vendor libraries retain their own license notices.
