A QUIETER DAY
STILL BELONGS.

A routine is the whole week, including the spaces where you do something else.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL EVERY GAP.

A calendar is a planning tool, not a scorecard. If a session leaves you tired, or life gets busy, making room for rest is a reasonable choice. The aim is a routine you want to return to.

How much recovery you need depends on many things. This article cannot tell you when your body is ready for a particular session.

A DIFFERENT GEAR IS AN OPTION.

A slower class can have a different feel from a busy training floor. Mobility Reset uses supported movements and a quieter pace, with options to shorten a range or use a prop.

It is also fine to spend that time away from the club. A class is not a requirement for a day to count.

ASK FOR THE SUPPORT YOU NEED.

A coach can explain a movement option or help you understand a class format. Individual symptoms, injuries and rehabilitation plans belong with a qualified healthcare professional.

Stop if anything feels painful or unusual. Working harder is not the answer to every question.
